About The Founder
My NIL Worth A Mil Network was founded by NBA and NCAA-certified agent and NIL strategist Dominique Stapleton, who brings over eight years of experience in sports and marketing. Dominique began her journey as an intern at the Orange Bowl Committee, where she advanced from an accounting intern to founding a marketing technology company focused on helping small businesses and artists connect with their audiences through marketing and tech
After transitioning from marketing to advising athletes on personal finances, Dominique became an NBA-certified agent and launched her own agency, Stapleton Sports Group. In 2021, she was at the forefront of the NIL movement, working with brands, agents, athletes, and schools to navigate this new landscape.
Dominique’s entrepreneurial journey has equipped her with the skills to successfully navigate the evolving sports industry, stay current with ever-changing regulations, and help families access life-changing financial opportunities.
